Kristen Anne Bell (1980) is a famous American singer and actor. Her parents include Tom Bell and Lorelei Frygier who are both news director on television. She was raised and birthed in Huntington Woods Michigan. Her mother is Polish as is her father, who is German, English Irish and Scottish. Kristen was already an accomplished performer from a young age. She won her role as Raggedy Ann in 1992 after going to the first audition. Bell's mother established her with an agent prior to her turning thirteen, and she got her first role in newspaper advertisements and television commercials. She also started taking private acting classes at that time. Bell appeared as a guest in Polish Wedding (2000) in 1998 in a role that was not credited to her. Bell went to Shrine Catholic High School, where she was a member of the both the music and drama club. Bell was cast as Dorothy in the high-school production in The Wizard of Oz. Bell was a student of musical theatre at the world-renowned Tisch School of the Arts in New York City after graduating. Bell left studying in the year 2001, and assumed the role of Becky who is a character from Tom Sawyer. Her first film credit with Pootie Tang in 2001. The scene however cut, and her appearance only appears in the credits at the end. Bell made her debut in 2002. Bell was in the Broadway revival of The Crucible with Liam Neeson and Angela Bettis.
