Shawnee is a native of New York, and is an American singer and actress. Shawnee has starred in many horror films, earning her the nickname "scream-queen". Also, she is well-known for starring in Stephen King's The Stand. She's appeared on several TV shows, such as 'Cagney & Lacey Married With Children' Murder, She Wrote,' and Players. She performed in America and Europe as part of the punk/metal "FydollaH' band in the 2000s. She formed 'Smith & Pyle", a desert country rock band with Missi Pyle. Their first album, It's Ok to Be Happy, was recorded in Joshua Tree. The group disbanded because of their life as actors and their personal lives. Shawnee is skilled in the use of many musical instruments like the piano, drums as well as guitar. She was also the lead vocalist on the soundtrack for 'Catacombs.
