Linda Edna Cardellini (n e Lorraine (Hernan) was the daughter of Wayne David Cardellini (a businessman) in Redwood City. Linda is Italian (from a paternal grandson), Irish (from a mother), German and English. Linda was raised in San Francisco Bay and grew to become the smallest of four children.
